You are a motivated sales professional with a keen interest in cryptocurrency and financial services. Your ability to identify and qualify leads will be crucial in driving BitGo's growth in the digital asset space. You understand the importance of collaboration and are ready to work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align initiatives and develop effective strategies. You have a proactive approach to hunting for new leads and are comfortable with cold outreach and networking.
What you'll do
As a Business Development Representative at BitGo, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential leads through professional networking, online research, and marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop target lists and campaigns aimed at engaging prospects. Your role will involve qualifying leads to ensure they meet the criteria for the Sales team, thereby contributing to the overall success of the organization. You will also participate in industry events to expand your network and promote BitGo's offerings. Your efforts will play a key role in helping institutions navigate the digital asset space securely and effectively.
What we offer
BitGo provides a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 USD, along with equity and an annual performance bonus.
