Who you are

You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with clients. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping businesses succeed through innovative solutions. Your bilingual skills in Spanish allow you to connect with a diverse range of clients, enhancing your ability to serve the community effectively.

You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to articulate the value of Square's offerings clearly. You are proactive in identifying opportunities and have a strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. You are comfortable working independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.

What you'll do

As a Territory Account Executive at Block, you will take full ownership of your sales territory, engaging with businesses to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation, leveraging Square's suite of products to empower sellers. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify potential clients and developing strategies to reach them effectively.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align on messaging and ensure that the solutions you offer meet the evolving needs of your clients. Regularly, you will analyze sales data to track your performance and identify areas for improvement.
