You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally within the financial technology sector, and have successfully led teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Your experience includes building and nurturing relationships with large global brands, and you understand the nuances of the payments landscape. You are a high-energy individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and can motivate your team to excel in a competitive market.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts clearly to both internal stakeholders and external partners. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify new market opportunities and develop actionable plans to capture them. You are comfortable working with data to inform your decisions and drive results, and you have a knack for negotiating and closing deals that benefit both your company and your clients.

Desirable

Experience in the payments industry or with consumer financial products is a plus. Familiarity with digital payment solutions and an understanding of consumer behavior will help you succeed in this role. A network of contacts within Fortune 500 companies can also be advantageous.

What you'll do

As the Head of Enterprise Sales for North America, you will lead the sales strategy for Cash App and Afterpay, focusing on driving revenue growth through partnerships with major brands. You will oversee a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their individual and collective goals. Your role will involve collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with broader company objectives.
