What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Account Executives, providing guidance and support as they engage with enterprise clients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a long-term sales strategy that drives revenue growth in the East region. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring your team has the resources and training needed to succeed.

You will mentor your team of Inside Sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Regularly reviewing performance metrics and providing constructive feedback will be essential to help your team achieve their goals. You will also collaborate closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of sales initiatives.
