Who you are
You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience working with small to medium-sized businesses. You understand the challenges that SMBs face and are passionate about helping them thrive in a competitive landscape. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs deeply.
You are data-driven and can analyze customer engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver the best solutions for your clients. Your ability to empathize with customers and provide tailored support is one of your greatest strengths.
Desirable
Experience in the financial services or payments industry is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique needs of our merchants. Familiarity with omnichannel solutions and integrated payment systems will give you an edge in this role.
What you'll do
As a Retention Account Manager, you will engage with SMB business owners across various verticals, helping them rediscover the value of our platform. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with your clients, ensuring they are satisfied with our services and maximizing their use of our tools.
You will analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for engagement, proactively reaching out to clients at critical moments in their journey. Your role will involve collaborating with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and advocate for improvements that enhance the user experience.
You will also conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have. By understanding their business goals, you will help them leverage our platform to achieve success and drive growth.
