You are an established sales professional with a proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation. You understand the importance of building relationships with senior executives and decision-makers, and you are skilled at navigating the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Desirable
Experience in the FinTech or rental real estate sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with CRM tools for managing sales pipelines. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, collaborating with colleagues both in-person and remotely.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition within the rental real estate market, focusing on building and managing a robust sales pipeline. You will establish relationships with senior executives and decision-makers through proactive outbound efforts, educating prospective customers on the value of Flex's innovative rent payment solutions. You will own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and understand customer needs will be crucial in navigating key sales conversations and driving revenue growth.
