Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally within the FinTech or ERP sectors — you've successfully navigated complex sales cycles and built relationships with senior-level finance executives. Your ability to understand customer needs and articulate value propositions has been key to your success in previous roles.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales development representatives, sales engineers, and leadership to close deals — your teamwork skills enable you to leverage the strengths of your colleagues effectively. You are results-driven and have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating your commitment to achieving business goals.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Executive at Versapay, you will own the sales cycle for the Upper Mid Market and Enterprise Sales Team — your primary focus will be on selling to senior finance executives across various industries throughout North America. You will engage with potential clients to understand their accounts receivable challenges and present Versapay's solutions as a means to enhance their cash flow and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists, including sales development representatives and sales engineers, to create compelling proposals and presentations that resonate with your prospects — your role will involve not only selling but also educating clients on the benefits of automating their accounts receivable processes. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service throughout the sales process.
