Who you are
You have over 3 years of account sales experience in the IT industry, particularly with enterprise software products. You excel at building relationships with existing clients while also actively pursuing new customer opportunities. Your experience includes working closely with executive stakeholders such as CIOs and LOB executives, allowing you to navigate complex sales processes effectively.
You understand the sales process and purchasing cycles, which enables you to develop appropriate sales strategies tailored to each client. You are a data-driven individual who utilizes tools like Salesforce to manage leads and forecast sales accurately. Your ability to track project progress and risks ensures timely responses and decision-making.
You possess a habit of hypothesis-driven thinking, always looking to validate your ideas through data and customer feedback. While experience in selling SaaS products is a plus, your strong communication skills and ability to engage in casual conversations help you connect with clients on a personal level.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Box, you will be responsible for understanding customer business challenges and requirements, proposing Box solutions in the most effective manner. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including CIOs and IT executives, to build trust and drive sales activities. You will actively leverage Salesforce for lead management and sales forecasting, driving your sales activities with a data-driven approach. Your ability to engage with clients and maintain relationships will be crucial in ensuring long-term success for both Box and its customers.
