What you'll do
As a Renewals Advisor at Box, you will be responsible for managing the renewal process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring they continue to receive the value they expect from our platform. You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities for customer expansion and retention. Your role will involve analyzing customer usage data to understand their needs and proactively addressing any concerns they may have.
You will also play a key role in developing strategies to improve renewal rates and customer satisfaction. This includes conducting regular check-ins with customers, providing them with updates on new features and enhancements, and ensuring they are fully engaged with our services. Your efforts will directly impact Box's ability to maintain strong customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
What we offer
At Box, we offer a competitive salary range of $63,000—$79,000 USD, along with equity and comprehensive benefits.
