Your commercial sharpness allows you to identify and activate the right partners, driving momentum from the ground up. You are comfortable navigating complex relationships and can effectively communicate Docker's value proposition to diverse stakeholders. You understand the importance of collaboration across teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to achieve shared objectives.
What you'll do
As the Senior Partner Sales Manager for Japan, you will be responsible for designing and executing a partner strategy that consistently delivers partner-sourced pipeline and annual recurring revenue (ARR). You will act as the face of Docker to strategic partners in the region, building relationships that foster growth and collaboration. Your role will involve creating tight alignment between resellers, distributors, ecosystem partners, and internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market.
You will focus on building a scalable partner motion that not only activates existing relationships but also seeks out new opportunities for partnership. Success in this role will be defined by your ability to generate partner-sourced revenue and establish a repeatable process for partnership success. You will work closely with various teams to turn strategic initiatives into actionable plans that drive results.
