You are a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in customer acquisition and relationship management. Your bilingual skills in Spanish and English enable you to connect with a diverse range of clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their needs. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working with a high volume of leads, demonstrating your ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
You possess a strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales processes, allowing you to navigate the sales cycle efficiently. Your ability to upsell and cross-sell existing customers showcases your strategic thinking and commitment to maximizing revenue opportunities. You are a team player who collaborates closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
What you'll do
As a Bilingual Account Executive at Brevo, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by targeting and acquiring new customers in the US and Canadian markets. You will receive inbound opportunities, qualify these leads, and either close them using a high-velocity sales process or pass Enterprise opportunities to the Enterprise Account Executive. Your role will involve understanding customer needs and presenting Brevo's CRM solutions effectively to demonstrate their value.
You will work closely with the Head of North America Sales, contributing to the strategic direction of the Account Executive team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects, conducting product demonstrations, and following up with leads to ensure a seamless sales experience. You will also have the opportunity to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers, enhancing their experience with Brevo's suite of marketing and sales tools.
