Who you are

You are a resourceful and ambitious sales specialist with a strong understanding of SaaS or Payments. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to ambitious growth plans in the Americas. Your experience in sales has equipped you with the skills to engage with a diverse range of companies, from SaaS to AI to established businesses, as they explore their e-commerce provider needs.

You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients. You are autonomous and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Your understanding of payment infrastructure and digital products allows you to articulate Paddle's value proposition clearly to potential customers.

Desirable

Experience in a similar role within the SaaS or payments industry is a plus. Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, will help you excel in this position. You are comfortable working in a digital-first environment and are adaptable to various working styles, whether remote or in-office.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Executive at Paddle, your primary focus will be to convert qualified leads into delighted customers. You will build a robust sales pipeline from leads provided by your Business Development Representative and Marketing counterparts, as well as your own self-sourced opportunities. Your role is critical in helping Paddle define, drive, and achieve revenue targets, ultimately bringing the company closer to its vision of becoming the go-to solution for SaaS, AI, and app businesses worldwide.

You will engage directly with a diverse range of companies, understanding their unique needs and challenges in the e-commerce landscape. Your ability to articulate Paddle's value proposition will be key in guiding potential customers through the sales process. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
