What you'll do
As an Enterprise Implementation Consultant, you will serve as a strategic advisor to Brex's largest customers, guiding them through the onboarding process of Brex Empower. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to deliver results quickly and effectively. You will take ownership of the customer experience, ensuring that clients feel supported and empowered throughout their journey. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and driving solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be crucial as you work to meet the diverse needs of your clients. You will leverage your technical expertise to address any challenges that arise during the implementation process, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
