Brex is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Consultant to guide large customers through the onboarding process of their financial SaaS platform. This role requires a blend of customer empathy, project management, and technical expertise.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success and project management, ideally with experience in financial software or SaaS implementations. You understand the importance of customer empathy and can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to build trust and drive solutions is key to your success in this role. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction. You are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You are committed to the long-term success of your customers and take personal ownership of their onboarding experience.
Desirable
Experience with AI-powered financial platforms or similar technologies is a plus. Familiarity with change management processes and methodologies will help you excel in this role. A background in consulting or advisory roles can also be beneficial, as it equips you with the skills to guide customers through complex transitions.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Implementation Consultant, you will serve as a strategic advisor to Brex's largest customers, guiding them through the onboarding process of Brex Empower. You will lead the transformation of their outdated processes into a modern, employee-first approach. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, designing tailored implementation plans, and ensuring a seamless transition to the Brex platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results quickly and effectively, addressing any challenges that arise during the implementation phase. Your focus will be on building long-term relationships with customers, ensuring they are set up for success with Brex for life. You will also be responsible for tracking progress and providing feedback to improve the onboarding experience for future customers.
