Experience in the financial technology sector or with corporate spend management solutions would be a plus. What you'll do

As an Enterprise Implementation Consultant at Brex, you will lead the onboarding experience for our largest customers, helping them transition from outdated processes to a modern, employee-first approach. You will serve as a strategic advisor, guiding clients through the implementation of Brex Empower and ensuring they become power users of our platform. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams, including product, engineering, and customer support, to ensure a seamless adoption process. You will take ownership of the implementation timeline, manage project milestones, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Your ability to drive solutions with tenacity will be crucial in overcoming any obstacles that arise during the onboarding process. You will also be responsible for gathering feedback from customers to continuously improve the implementation experience and contribute to the overall success of the Brex platform.
