Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment β€” you've successfully led teams and understand the nuances of managing enterprise customer relationships. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you thrive in environments where you can mentor and develop others.

You possess a strong understanding of customer success metrics and strategies β€” you know how to drive adoption and retention while ensuring customers derive maximum value from the product. Your analytical skills allow you to assess customer health and identify opportunities for expansion.

You are passionate about creating a positive customer experience β€” you understand that customer success is not just about support but about building long-term partnerships. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate value propositions clearly and effectively.

Desirable

Experience in the fintech or payments industry is a plus β€” you understand the challenges and opportunities that come with managing enterprise accounts in this space. Familiarity with AI-powered platforms or similar technologies will help you relate to our customers' needs better.

What you'll do

As a Senior Manager, Enterprise Customer Success, you will lead a team of Customer Success Managers dedicated to enterprise clients. Your primary focus will be on driving customer adoption and ensuring that our clients achieve their desired outcomes with our platform. You will develop and implement strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, ultimately leading to increased retention and expansion.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product, to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into our offerings. Your role will involve regular check-ins with key accounts to assess their needs and proactively address any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for setting performance metrics for your team and ensuring they are met.

In addition to managing your team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the customer success strategy at Brex. You will analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform our approach to customer engagement. Your leadership will help foster a culture of excellence within the team, where every member feels empowered to contribute to our customers' success.
