You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable reaching out to businesses through various channels. Your ability to research and identify companies that fit the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) will be crucial in your role. You are detail-oriented and can manage inbound leads effectively, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria before passing them to the sales team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for generating outbound leads by researching and contacting companies that align with our ICP. You will utilize databases, referrals, events, and professional networks to identify potential clients. Additionally, you will manage and qualify inbound leads, ensuring that opportunities from marketing efforts are of high quality.
You will also reactivate and engage existing accounts within our CRM, identifying new opportunities for our sales executives. Analyzing the needs of the sales team and proposing actionable plans will be part of your daily responsibilities. You will stay informed about trends and best practices in lead generation, continuously improving your approach to drive success for Cabify.
