Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in managing partnerships with Global System Integrators (GSI). Your experience spans over 5 years in a similar role, where you've successfully driven sales strategies and built long-term relationships with key partners. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to CxO executives. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for growth and market expansion, and you are adept at navigating complex sales cycles. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable collaborating with diverse teams across different time zones.
What you'll do
As the Partner Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for Canonical's partnerships with GSIs. You will work closely with partners throughout their sales cycles, facilitating the integration of Ubuntu-based solutions into their offerings. Your role will involve leading customer workshops, sales events, and public presentations to evangelize Canonical's partnership benefits. You will also be tasked with increasing Canonical's market share and attach rate by fostering trusted relationships and driving collaborative initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Global Alliances and Channels, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Canonical's partnerships and ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.
