You have a proven track record in partner sales management, particularly with Global System Integrators (GSI) — you've successfully navigated complex sales cycles and built trusted relationships with key stakeholders. Your experience in the technology sector, especially with open-source software, positions you well to understand the unique needs of Canonical's partners. You are adept at engaging with partners at all levels, from engineers to CxO executives, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can evangelize about innovative solutions. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate Canonical's value proposition effectively.

You are comfortable working in a remote-first environment and have experience managing relationships across diverse geographical locations — your ability to adapt to different cultures and business practices enhances your effectiveness in this role. You are results-driven, with a focus on increasing market share and driving sales growth through strategic partnerships. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess market trends and identify opportunities for Canonical's solutions in the enterprise landscape.

What you'll do

As a Senior Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance Canonical's partnerships with Global System Integrators. You will work closely with the Partner Sales Director to align on regional strategies and ensure that GSI partners are equipped to promote Ubuntu-based solutions effectively. Your role will involve conducting customer workshops, attending sales events, and delivering public presentations to showcase Canonical's offerings. You will lead business interactions across various levels within partner organizations, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed.

You will also play a crucial role in facilitating the development of long-term digital transformation platforms with Ubuntu stacks and services. By building strong relationships with partners, you will help them understand the benefits of Canonical's solutions and how they can leverage them to drive their business objectives.
