You have a strong background in sales and partnership management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. You understand the dynamics of working with systems integrators and have experience developing joint go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives. Your ability to build and maintain commercial relationships with key partners is essential, as is your capacity to work collaboratively across teams to ensure partner success.
You are data-driven and possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to measure the effectiveness of partnership initiatives and make informed decisions. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both internal stakeholders and external partners. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating the challenges that come with scaling a partner program.
What you'll do
As the Global Partner Sales Manager, you will own revenue targets and manage commercial relationships with assigned systems integrators, including global consulting firms and regional integrators. You will develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies that drive partner-sourced revenue, ensuring that our partners are equipped to deliver transformative AI solutions to their clients. Your role will involve driving pipeline development and deal execution, while also building the processes and enablement programs that support long-term partner success.
You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of our partnerships. Your responsibilities will include developing operational frameworks that transform our emerging partner program into a world-class revenue engine. You will also be responsible for measuring the success of partnership initiatives and continuously optimizing strategies to enhance partner performance.
