You have a proven track record in sales and partnership management, ideally within the technology sector. Your experience includes building and nurturing relationships with large OEMs or Independent Hardware Vendors (IHVs) such as HPE, Dell, or IBM. You are adept at navigating complex organizational structures and can engage with stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to CxOs. You possess excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset, allowing you to effectively evangelize partnerships and drive business growth.

You are passionate about open source software and understand its impact on enterprise solutions. Your ability to articulate the value of Canonical's offerings, particularly Ubuntu, to potential partners is a key strength. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working in a remote setting, contributing to a global team that values diversity and innovation.

What you'll do

As a Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase Canonical's market share with Hewlett Packard Enterprise. You will engage with various stakeholders within HPE to foster strong relationships and identify opportunities for collaboration. Your role will involve evangelizing Canonical's open source solutions and demonstrating how they can enhance HPE's offerings.

You will work closely with internal teams to align on strategy and execution, ensuring that business interactions are productive and beneficial for both parties. Your responsibilities will include conducting market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, as well as tracking performance metrics to measure the success of partnerships. You will also participate in regular meetings with your team to share insights and align on goals.
