Capsule is hiring a Strategic Account Executive to lead new business growth. You'll manage the full sales cycle with enterprise prospects, focusing on winning new logos and expanding existing accounts. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a proven track record in sales.

Who you are
You have a strong background in sales, particularly in managing the full sales cycle with enterprise clients — you understand how to build relationships and create compelling business cases that resonate with top-tier companies. Your experience includes successfully closing new business deals and expanding existing accounts, demonstrating your ability to drive growth and exceed sales targets.
You excel in customer-facing roles, where your communication skills shine — you can articulate value propositions clearly and lead engaging demos that connect prospect needs to your company's offerings. Your ability to create urgency and momentum in deals is a key strength, ensuring that you drive clear next steps and maintain executive alignment throughout the sales process.
Collaboration is second nature to you — you work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales Development Representatives, Marketing, and Product, to ensure a high-quality pipeline and consistent messaging. You also partner with Customer Success to facilitate smooth transitions and identify early expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
What you'll do
As a Strategic Account Executive at Capsule, you will be responsible for building and closing net-new enterprise deals — your primary focus will be on winning new logos while also identifying opportunities for expansion within current customer accounts. You will consistently exceed quotas and maintain clean, predictable forecasts through disciplined pipeline management.
Your role will involve leading compelling demos and discovery conversations that highlight Capsule's unique value and differentiation in the market. You will create urgency in deals by driving clear next steps and proposals, ensuring that prospects are aligned with your vision for their needs.
You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that the sales process is seamless and effective — this includes working with SDRs to generate leads, coordinating with Marketing to align messaging, and engaging with Product to understand the latest offerings. Your ability to build multi-threaded relationships will be crucial in turning initial deals into broader, multi-team adoptions of Capsule's solutions.
