Decagon is hiring a Senior Account Executive to develop strategies for closing key strategic accounts. You'll work with major brands and leverage AI technology to enhance customer experiences. This role requires a strong background in sales and relationship management.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in developing strategies to penetrate and close key accounts. Your experience includes building deep, trusted relationships with stakeholders at various levels, including CX and Product Leaders. You thrive in a highly autonomous environment and are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles. You possess a product-minded approach and are scrappy in building your pipeline with some of the largest brands in the world. Your ability to communicate effectively and adapt to customer needs is a key strength. You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, and ideally, you have previous experience selling AI or customer support software.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop a comprehensive strategy to break into and close key strategic logos for Decagon. You will engage with key stakeholders across customer organizations, ensuring that you understand their needs and how Decagon's solutions can meet them. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to customize solutions that align with customer requirements, ultimately driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing the sales process from prospecting to closing, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and reporting on sales metrics to inform strategy. You will also be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position Decagon's offerings.

Decagon provides a competitive compensation package, including an OTE of $340,000 - $400,000 and equity options.
