Who you are

You have a strong background in sales performance management and a proven track record of delivering high-impact implementations for complex sales organizations. As a technical builder, you excel at solving intricate modeling challenges and have experience transforming existing playbooks into global standards. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can effectively communicate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment on architectural standards. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work closely with a peer group of Architects specializing in incentive compensation, fostering an environment of brainstorming and peer reviews.

You possess a deep understanding of sales planning challenges and are passionate about optimizing sales performance. Your ability to elevate architectural standards will be crucial in this role, as you will be responsible for shaping the future of CaptivateIQ's sales planning solutions. You thrive in high-visibility roles and are eager to take on the responsibility of being the principal authority in the room.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of architectural standards for territory, quota, and capacity solutions, ensuring that CaptivateIQ remains at the forefront of sales performance management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement high-impact solutions that drive revenue performance for our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in transforming existing playbooks into a global gold standard, setting the benchmark for future implementations.

You will engage with global stakeholders to understand their unique challenges and requirements, translating these insights into actionable architectural guidelines. Your role will involve direct contributions to the product roadmap, ensuring that our solutions align with market needs and client expectations. You will also mentor and guide other team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Professional Services team.
