Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience, demonstrating a strong background in automotive mechanics. Your expertise includes performing extensive repairs and heavy engine work, as well as advanced vehicle diagnostics. You are skilled in repairing advanced vehicle electrical issues and have experience with installing, repairing, and replacing vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems. Your knowledge extends to diagnostics and repairs on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary to meet customer commitments.

What you'll do

As a Lead Automotive Diagnostic Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing extensive repairs and diagnostics on a variety of vehicles. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers to ensure that vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. Your role will involve diagnosing complex electrical issues and performing repairs on advanced vehicle systems. You will also be expected to mentor and train entry-level technicians, helping them develop their skills and progress within the company. Your commitment to quality and customer satisfaction will be essential as you work to deliver great vehicles when expected.
