You are comfortable working on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles, and have experience with advanced vehicle electrical systems. Your skills in installing, repairing, and replacing vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems are well-honed, making you a valuable asset to our team.

What you'll do

As a Lead Diagnostic Automotive Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing extensive repairs and diagnostics on a wide range of vehicles. Your day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing advanced vehicle electrical issues, conducting repairs on heavy engine components, and ensuring that all vehicles are in optimal condition before they reach our customers. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers to carry out your work efficiently and effectively.

You will also play a key role in mentoring and training entry-level technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers. Your commitment to teamwork will be essential as you collaborate with other technicians and departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Additionally, you will be expected to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
