Desirable

Experience with state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and equipment is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest automotive technologies. ASE certification is highly regarded, and any additional certifications will enhance your candidacy. You possess strong problem-solving skills and can work independently while also being a team player. Your ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members ensures that everyone is on the same page regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance.

What you'll do

As a Lead Diagnostic Automotive Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive vehicle diagnostics and repairs on all makes and models. This includes addressing advanced electrical issues and installing, repairing, and replacing vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers to ensure that every vehicle meets our high standards of quality and safety. Your role will also involve mentoring and training entry-level technicians, helping them develop their skills and advance their careers within the company. You will work Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, with the possibility of mandatory overtime during peak times to meet customer demands.
