Job Description

Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience and are skilled in performing extensive repairs and heavy engine work. Your expertise includes advanced vehicle diagnostics, and you are comfortable repairing advanced vehicle electrical issues. You have experience installing, repairing, and replacing vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems, and you can perform diagnostics and repairs on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles.

You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You understand the importance of using state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech environment and are eager to contribute to a fast-growing company like Carvana. You are also open to continuous learning and development, as the company offers training programs for entry-level positions.

What you'll do

As a Lead Diagnostic Automotive Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing extensive repairs and advanced diagnostics on a variety of vehicles. You will work on heavy engine repairs and tackle complex electrical issues, ensuring that all vehicles meet high-quality standards before they reach customers. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians and team members to maintain a smooth workflow in the inspection center.

You will also be expected to participate in mandatory overtime when necessary to meet customer demands.
