Casa is hiring an In-Home Onboarding Specialist to onboard new members by documenting their homes. This role requires attention to detail and a background in hospitality or property management.
Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in property management, real estate, or in-home services — you understand the importance of creating a positive first impression for clients. Your background in hospitality or white-glove service means you know how to interact with high-end clients and maintain professionalism in private spaces. You are detail-oriented and comfortable using technology to document home inventories accurately. You thrive in a mobile, field-based role and are adaptable to varying schedules.
What you'll do
As an In-Home Onboarding Specialist, you will conduct detailed, room-by-room inventories of residential homes, capturing essential details about appliances, lighting, and safety systems. You will photograph various home assets and use specialized equipment to create 3D scans and floorplans, ensuring that each home is accurately represented in our digital profiles. Your role will involve visiting member homes alongside a teammate, where you will be the friendly face of Casa, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new members. You will also be responsible for logging exact wall colors and finishes using a paint scanner, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of each property.
