You are comfortable navigating critical decisions around technology modernization and can guide clients through software evaluations with confidence.

You understand the importance of building relationships with clients and have a track record of successfully managing customer expectations. Your consultative approach allows you to identify key pain points and propose tailored solutions that drive value for your clients. You are adaptable and can work across different time zones, particularly Eastern Time, to accommodate client needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to some of Caseware's largest US customers, guiding them through the exploration and evaluation of our software solutions. You will collaborate with top accounting firms, helping them navigate critical decisions regarding audit technology modernization. Your consultative approach will be key in ensuring that clients feel supported throughout the evaluation process.

You will work closely with internal teams, including account management, training, and support, to address customer needs promptly and professionally. Your role will involve liaising with strategic partners to enhance the customer experience and ensure successful implementation of Caseware solutions. You will also be responsible for providing insights and feedback to the product team based on customer interactions, helping to shape future product offerings.
