Your ability to analyze and resolve issues during software implementations sets you apart, ensuring that clients receive the best possible support throughout the process.
You are comfortable with configuration, testing, and issue resolution, and you have a knack for identifying and addressing technical challenges that arise during implementations. Your communication skills enable you to work effectively with both clients and internal teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. You are adaptable and willing to travel 25-50% of the time to meet clients on-site, enhancing your ability to build strong relationships.
What you'll do
As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Deposco, you will be the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation of our Bright Suite of solutions. Your role will involve configuring and testing software solutions tailored to meet specific client needs, ensuring that all enhancements are delivered in a timely manner. You will collaborate closely with clients to analyze their business requirements and provide solutions that improve their supply chain efficiency.
You will work with analysts to resolve any technical issues that may arise, ensuring a smooth implementation process. Your responsibilities will also include performing testing of client-specific enhancements and providing ongoing support to clients as they adapt to the new systems. By leveraging your expertise in supply chain management and software solutions, you will help clients achieve their business objectives and improve profitability.
