You have a strong background in business development and strategic partnerships, with a proven track record of identifying and validating new market opportunities. Your experience includes working with enterprise customers and understanding their complex needs, allowing you to translate ambiguous demands into actionable solutions. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders. You are comfortable navigating the intersection of product development and go-to-market strategies, ensuring that new capabilities align with customer expectations. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
Desirable
Experience in the biopharma or healthcare technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven solutions. A technical background or understanding of product development processes will enhance your ability to contribute to solution strategies. You are adaptable and open to exploring various market segments, demonstrating a willingness to innovate and experiment with new approaches.
What you'll do
In this role, you will incubate and validate new growth opportunities for Causaly, focusing on areas where customer demand exceeds current product capabilities. You will collaborate with Causaly's executive leadership to shape strategic partnerships and drive executive decision-making. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify potential new capabilities and solution lines, as well as developing strategies to address customer needs effectively. You will work closely with senior customer stakeholders to ensure that the solutions you propose are aligned with their requirements and expectations. Once validated, you will hand over successful initiatives to business-as-usual teams for implementation. Your role will be pivotal in driving the company's growth and expanding its market presence.
