Overview

Celigo is seeking a Channel Director for the APAC region to define and implement their Channel Strategy and Program. You'll manage relationships with regional partners and drive channel pipeline growth. This role is fully remote and requires strong leadership and strategic skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have extensive experience in channel management and partner relations, ideally within the technology sector. Your background includes defining and executing channel strategies that drive revenue growth and partner engagement. You excel in building relationships with diverse partners, including VAR/SIs and GSIs, and have a proven track record of recruiting and enabling new channel partners. You are data-driven and can analyze partner performance metrics to ensure targets are met. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams to create joint initiatives. You are adaptable and thrive in a remote work environment, managing your time and priorities effectively.

Desirable

Experience in the integration or automation industry is a plus. Familiarity with sales management and marketing strategies will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. A network of existing relationships within the APAC region can provide a significant advantage. You are comfortable with technology and can quickly learn about new products and services to effectively support partners.

What you'll do

As the Channel Director for APAC, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the channel strategy that aligns with Celigo's business goals. You will manage relationships with over 100 existing regional partners, ensuring they are equipped to sell and support Celigo products. Your role will involve identifying and recruiting new channel partners, including strategic partners that can help penetrate new market segments. You will execute local partner enablement programs, including training and certification initiatives, to ensure partners are well-prepared to represent Celigo. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams will be key as you create and execute joint marketing campaigns and sales initiatives with channel partners. You will monitor channel partner performance, providing regular reporting and analysis to senior management to ensure partners meet or exceed revenue targets. Your strategic insights will help shape the future of Celigo's channel operations in the APAC region.
