Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the SaaS industry, with experience in establishing and growing market presence in new regions. You understand the nuances of the APAC market and have a strong network of contacts in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for growth and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them.
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build relationships with key stakeholders and partners. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing market conditions. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you thrive in cross-functional teams, working closely with marketing, product, and engineering to drive success.
What you'll do
As the Director of Sales for APAC, you will be responsible for launching Pantheon’s operations in the region, focusing initially on Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. You will develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that aligns with Pantheon’s overall business objectives. This includes building a local sales team, establishing partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
You will work closely with the executive team to ensure alignment on strategic goals and provide regular updates on progress and challenges. Your role will involve identifying key market trends and customer needs, allowing you to tailor Pantheon’s offerings to meet the demands of the APAC market.
You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing Pantheon as a leader in the WebOps space within the APAC region.
