What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, guiding them in managing and growing their Celonis business. You will develop and implement business strategies that leverage the strengths of your partners, acting as the CEO of your partner territory. Your responsibilities will include driving partner sales deals, providing pre-sales strategy, and offering contractual guidance. You will also manage renewal processes and account expansions, ensuring a comprehensive support system across the customer lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align partner strategies with Celonis' goals and objectives. Your role will require stepping into customer interactions as needed, ensuring that both partners and customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will track performance metrics and report on the success of partner initiatives, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and growth.
