What you'll do

As a Lead Value Engineer, you will spearhead the end-to-end value journey for customers in the financial services and insurance sectors — this includes landing, expanding, adopting, and renewing customer engagements. You will work closely with the Celonis Sales Team to identify opportunities for value creation and ensure that customers are fully leveraging the capabilities of the Celonis platform. Your responsibilities will include conducting value assessments, building tailored business cases, and facilitating workshops that demonstrate the potential impact of the platform on customer operations.

You will engage with multiple senior stakeholders, ensuring that their strategic goals are aligned with the solutions provided by Celonis — your role is crucial in securing long-term partnership agreements and driving customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with Celonis Services and partners to accelerate platform adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes.
