What you'll do

In this role, you will spearhead the end-to-end value journey for Celonis customers, collaborating closely with sales teams to identify opportunities for business impact. You will lead workshops and discussions with clients to understand their processes and challenges, providing insights and recommendations based on your expertise. Your role will involve analyzing data and metrics to measure the success of implemented solutions and continuously refine strategies to enhance customer outcomes.

You will also work alongside partners and Celonis Services to ensure a seamless adoption of the platform, driving engagement and satisfaction among users. Your responsibilities will include developing and presenting value propositions, conducting training sessions, and supporting customers throughout their journey with Celonis. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of process intelligence and helping organizations achieve their strategic objectives.
