You have a strong background in accounting and advisory services, with experience working in client-facing roles. What you'll do
As a Consultant at CFGI, you will work as part of a team on various accounting advisory engagements. You will analyze financial information and conduct operational due diligence for complex transactions, such as acquisitions and IPOs. Your role will involve preparing financial and regulatory information in accordance with SEC requirements, including 10K and 10Q filings. You will also engage with clients to carve out business units and provide subject matter expertise on operational accounting tasks. You will participate in meetings with client management, fostering strong relationships and ensuring that their needs are met throughout the engagement process. Your contributions will help clients navigate complex financial landscapes and achieve their business objectives.
