What you'll do

As a Consultant at CFGI, you will work closely with a team of professionals, including Big 4 auditors and client management, to analyze financial information and prepare operational due diligence for complex transactions such as acquisitions and IPOs. You will take ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring that you deliver impactful results for your clients. Your role will involve preparing financial and regulatory information in accordance with SEC requirements, conducting research on new accounting standards, and implementing process improvements. You will also engage in client meetings, fostering strong relationships and providing subject matter expertise to support their operational accounting tasks. Your contributions will help clients navigate their financial challenges and achieve their business objectives.
