You are a driven professional with a strong background in accounting and advisory services. You thrive in client-facing roles and enjoy collaborating with teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your experience allows you to analyze financial information effectively and communicate key insights to client management. You are comfortable taking ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of engagements are handled with care and professionalism.
You have a keen interest in operational due diligence, particularly in complex transactions such as acquisitions and IPOs. Your ability to integrate with clients' internal staff as a subject matter expert makes you a valuable asset in operational accounting tasks. You are detail-oriented and possess strong report writing skills, which enable you to document findings and recommendations clearly.
What you'll do
As a Consultant at CFGI, you will work closely with other professionals and Big 4 auditors on various engagements. Your responsibilities will include preparing operational due diligence for transactions, focusing on accounting projects that involve carving out business units or subsidiaries. You will also participate in meetings with clients, helping to identify key issues and develop strong relationships with client management.
You will be involved in the preparation of financial and regulatory information in accordance with SEC requirements, including 10K and 10Q filings. Additionally, you will conduct research and documentation projects related to new ASC accounting standards, contributing to process improvement initiatives within the firm. Your role will require you to be adaptable, as you may work in office, remote, or client site locations depending on the engagement specifics.
