What you'll do

As a Consultant at CFGI, you will be involved in a variety of accounting advisory projects, including operational due diligence for complex transactions such as acquisitions and divestitures. You will prepare financial and regulatory information in accordance with SEC requirements, ensuring compliance with standards such as 10K’s, 10Q’s, and S-1 filings. You will also engage in research and documentation projects related to new ASC accounting standards, contributing to process improvement initiatives and the implementation of best practices.

You will work closely with client management, acting as a subject matter expert on operational senior accounting tasks and providing overall financial team support. Your role will require you to participate in meetings, write reports, and analyze key issues to provide actionable insights to clients. You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of industries and projects, making a true business impact with your clients.
