What you'll do
As a Consultant at CFGI, you will engage in operational due diligence for complex transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures. You will work on accounting projects that focus on carving out business units and subsidiaries, integrating with clients' internal staff as a subject matter expert. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial and regulatory information in accordance with SEC requirements, such as 10K and 10Q filings. You will also conduct research and documentation projects related to new ASC accounting standards, contributing to process improvement initiatives and the implementation of best practices.
