Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth. Your ability to identify high-potential businesses and guide them through the sales process is key to your success. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with various teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to conduct in-depth market analysis and leverage data-driven insights to inform your strategies. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to build compelling proposals that resonate with potential clients. You are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering great work that makes a real impact.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Checkatrade, you will be instrumental in expanding our trade base across different regions and categories. Your primary focus will be on new trade acquisition, where you will proactively identify high-potential trades and guide them through the entire journey from initial outreach to deal closure. You will drive revenue growth by acquiring new small and medium trade businesses, which involves negotiating contract terms and ensuring a smooth transition to our onboarding team. You will engage in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Account Management, Vetting, Product, and Operations to assess regions and categories that can benefit most from our product offerings. Your role will also require you to build comprehensive product knowledge, becoming an expert in our offerings to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
