What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager on the Mid-Market Scale team, you will be responsible for driving customer retention and growth. You will engage with customers to ensure they are utilizing Checkr's solutions effectively, acting as a vital growth engine for the Customer Success organization. You will work alongside a team of elite Customer Success Managers, collaborating to manage a pooled customer segment. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing support, and ensuring that they are satisfied with the services offered. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in customer success, preparing you for future roles within the organization.
