You have a proven track record in sales leadership, ideally with experience in the beauty and wellness industry. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working autonomously, taking on challenges head-on. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop and execute effective sales strategies that drive results. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

You are data-driven and understand the importance of leveraging analytics to inform your sales tactics. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners is key to your success. You are passionate about the beauty and wellness sector and are excited about the opportunity to lead a sales team in a growing company.

What you'll do

As the Head of Sales for the UK & Ireland, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies and tactical plans to achieve sales targets through both inbound and outbound channels. You will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with the leadership team to align sales initiatives with the company's growth objectives. Your role will involve mentoring and developing the sales team, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed.

You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities for growth. Collaborating with marketing, you will ensure that sales campaigns are effectively targeted and resonate with potential clients. You will also be responsible for tracking sales performance metrics and reporting on progress to the leadership team, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales efforts.
