Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally within the SaaS or restaurant technology sectors — you understand the unique challenges that restaurants face and can tailor solutions to meet their needs. Your ability to build relationships is key, as you will engage with restaurant owners and decision-makers to promote Chowbus’ offerings. You are results-driven and thrive on meeting and exceeding sales targets, demonstrating your commitment to success. You are comfortable with outbound prospecting, whether through cold calls, emails, or in-person visits, and you have a knack for identifying potential clients that align with Chowbus’ mission.
Desirable
Experience in the restaurant industry or with point-of-sale systems would be a significant advantage — you can leverage this knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of Chowbus’ technology. Familiarity with CRM tools is also beneficial, as you will manage your sales activities and track your progress against KPIs. You are adaptable and can pivot your approach based on the competitive landscape and the specific needs of each restaurant partner.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for bringing Chowbus’ POS system to local and regional restaurants, focusing on prospecting and building relationships. You will conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and position Chowbus’ technology effectively. Engaging in regular outbound prospecting, you will utilize various methods such as cold visits, calls, and marketing campaigns to identify and qualify potential clients. You will conduct product demonstrations tailored to the unique needs of each prospect, showcasing how Chowbus can help their business thrive. Achieving assigned KPIs and goals will be a key focus, including daily outreach quotas and onboarding new partners each month. You will collaborate with the regional team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, helping them integrate Chowbus’ solutions into their operations.
