You are a motivated individual who thrives in a phone-first environment, eager to engage with founders and operators of modern brands. You bring energy to live conversations and are comfortable handling a high volume of calls each day. Whether you come from a background in recruiting, fundraising, or customer success, your experience in phone-heavy roles will serve you well in this position. Recent graduates and career changers from various fields are encouraged to apply, as we value grit and determination over traditional experience.

What you'll do

As a Business Development Representative at Cin7, you will play a crucial role in scaling our outbound efforts in North America. You will spend 3–4 hours a day on the phone, reaching out to potential clients and discussing how our inventory management solutions can empower their businesses. Your conversations will be with founders and operators from a variety of sectors, including fitness, apparel, food & beverage, and consumer goods. You will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments, contributing to the growth of our customer base.
