Who you are
You have a proven track record in account management, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role focused on enterprise customers. Your expertise in driving customer value and retention is complemented by your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Customer Success. You understand the nuances of managing strategic accounts and have a customer-centric mentality that aligns with Frontify's mission to empower brands.
You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to define and measure success metrics that translate into predictable ARR growth. Your leadership style fosters a culture of collaboration and innovation, encouraging your team to excel in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You are adept at navigating complex organizational structures and building relationships with senior leaders across various departments.
Desirable
Experience in the SaaS industry or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with digital asset management platforms. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on long-term strategic goals.
What you'll do
As the Director of Strategic Account Management, you will own the growth strategy for Frontify's enterprise customers, leading a global team dedicated to maximizing customer value. You will define the operational framework for Account Management, ensuring alignment with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive expansion and retention. Your role will involve collaborating with senior leaders to shape the enterprise growth strategy, focusing on how customer value translates into predictable ARR growth.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices for account management, ensuring that your team is equipped to deliver exceptional service and support to our largest and most strategic accounts. This includes setting clear objectives, measuring performance, and providing ongoing coaching and development to your team members.
In addition, you will work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into our offerings, helping to shape the future of Frontify's brand platform. Your insights will be invaluable in identifying opportunities for product enhancements and new features that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
