Who you are
You have a proven track record in account management and strategic leadership, with at least 5 years of experience in managing enterprise accounts. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams is key to your success — you understand the importance of customer value and how it translates into long-term growth. You thrive in collaborative environments and have experience working with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Customer Success. Your strategic mindset allows you to define and implement effective account management processes that drive retention and expansion. You are passionate about empowering teams and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
What you'll do
As the Director of Strategic Account Management, you will own the growth strategy for Frontify's enterprise customers. You will build and lead a global Account Management function that focuses on driving expansion, retention, and long-term customer value. Your role will involve defining how Account Management operates and how it partners with Sales and Customer Success to ensure customer satisfaction and predictable ARR growth. You will work closely with senior leaders across Sales, Product, and Marketing to shape the enterprise growth strategy, ensuring that the company scales effectively while maintaining a customer-centric approach. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
