CLEAR is seeking a Director of Business Development for their Government portfolio to drive enterprise-level adoption of their identity platform. You'll lead strategic engagements and collaborate with government organizations to modernize identity workflows.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in business development, particularly within the government sector, with a deep understanding of the complexities involved in government operations. Your experience includes leading enterprise-level sales cycles and managing executive relationships, ensuring that you can effectively guide clients through transformation initiatives. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to articulate sophisticated needs and translate them into scalable solution roadmaps. You are motivated by the mission of creating frictionless experiences and are passionate about leveraging technology to enhance security and efficiency in government workflows.
Desirable
Experience in the identity management space or familiarity with B2B enterprise solutions is a plus. You have a network of contacts within government agencies that can facilitate partnerships and drive adoption of innovative identity solutions. A background in technology sales or consulting would further enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles with government prospects, from opportunity discovery through contract negotiation. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive adoption of CLEAR's identity platform across various government agencies. Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams, you will tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and support. You will also own executive relationships, guiding clients through their transformation initiatives and helping them reimagine their identity workflows.
Your role will involve analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth within the government sector. You will work closely with product teams to provide feedback on client needs and help shape the development of new features that enhance the CLEAR platform. Additionally, you will represent CLEAR at industry events and conferences, showcasing the value of our solutions to potential clients and partners.
